01 Artwork Requirements File types, proofs, sizing, and production-ready artwork.
Good artwork keeps your order on schedule and helps produce the best finished product.
For most drinkware and smaller products, a 3 × 3 inch decoration area is a strong standard starting point. Please include two files with every order:
Production File
- UV printing: Adobe Illustrator, transparent PNG at twice final size, or print-ready PDF
- CO₂ laser engraving: Adobe Illustrator, SVG, or vector PDF
Artwork Proof
Include a second file showing placement, finished size, orientation, and product color when applicable.

- Fonts converted to outlines
- Images embedded
- Transparent background on PNG files
- Artwork sized correctly
- Production-ready file included

- Spelling and contact information reviewed and approved
Artwork requiring cleanup, recreation, font replacement, resizing, or other graphic design work is billed at $1.00 per minute.
02 Proof Approval A Simple, Reliable Process
Working with Beese Production Partners is designed to be straightforward from start to finish. Clear communication and consistent processes help keep projects moving and eliminate surprises.
03 Shipping & Fulfillment UPS labels, blind shipping, packing, inserts, and pickup.
Most orders are shipped directly from your supplier to our shop for decoration. Once production is complete, we provide final box dimensions and weight so you can generate your UPS shipping labels.

Blind shipments contain no Beese Production Partners branding by default. We are happy to include your packing slips, business cards, thank-you notes, stickers, or other branded materials.
Our goal is simple: when your customer opens the box, it should feel like it came from you.
04 Quality Standards How incoming merchandise and completed orders are inspected.
Every shipment is inspected when it arrives. If we find dents, scratches, powder-coat damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect products or quantities, or shipping damage, we contact you before production begins.
Production pauses until we have agreed on the best path forward. Finished products are inspected again before packing and shipment.
We would rather make one phone call than decorate a product neither of us would be proud to ship.

Do you sell directly to the public?
No. Beese Production Partners is a trade-only contract decorator serving promotional product distributors, print brokers, agencies, print shops, and other industry professionals.
Do you source products?
No. Products are supplied by our customers or shipped directly from their preferred supplier. We recommend providing one extra item. If it is not needed, we will decorate it at no charge with artwork of your choice.
Can you blind ship?
Yes. We can ship directly to your customer using your UPS labels without Beese Production Partners branding. We can also include your branded inserts when provided.
What is your standard turnaround?
Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after written proof approval. Larger orders and specialty projects may require additional time.
What if my product is not listed?
Ask. We decorate many hard goods that never make it onto the website. Send us a photo or supplier item number and we will review it.
